cycles run 3 to 8 weeks depending on the piece. each drop is its own engagement.

after that, your percentage is set in writing before each drop is greenlit, based on where the brand stands, trending toward 15%, with a hard floor of 15%, never lower.
net = revenue minus production, shipping, and ad spend. you are paid within 14 days of drop close + refund window.

material breach ends the engagement immediately. this is revenue share, not equity.
